For chains with 5 to 500 storesOne edition per store

Every store gets its own front page, every week.

Local Edition gives a chain's head office a weekly edition for each store: a special adapted from its own menu, a sound brief, a neighbour to partner with and an event night. Each one is drafted by an NVIDIA Nemotron agent from the taste of that store's block, checked by NeMo Guardrails and shipped with the evidence behind every line. Head office approves on one map. Each store gets a one-page staff card.

A hackathon build. The chain you will open, Kettle & Kiln, is a labelled sample: eight coffee shops at real New York corners, not a customer. Its tools are test accounts: a Square sandbox, a demo Slack workspace and a demo mailbox. There is no pricing and nothing to buy.

The weekly loop

Four steps, every Monday, for every store.

  1. 1Inputs

    Read the block

Qloo's Taste AI scores what the few streets around each store like, against the city as a whole: flavours, music, places, pastimes. The menu and store list come straight from Square.

  2. 2Monday build

    Draft the edition

A Nemotron agent on Nebius Token Factory calls tools for each store, adapts one item from your own menu, picks artists, a neighbour and an event, and keeps the evidence for every line. Tavily checks what is on nearby that week.

  3. 3Head office

    Check and approve

NeMo Guardrails removes health claims and off-voice copy. A larger Nemotron reviews the whole chain for clashes. Head office approves, edits or regenerates on the portfolio map, store by store or all at once.

  4. 4In store

    Deliver to the store

The approved special goes onto the Square menu, the staff card goes to the store's Slack channel and inbox, and event nights land in the store calendar. When a menu changes in Square, the next edition knows.

Williamsburg, issue 43.

This is what head office reads for one store. Every line carries the call that justified it, and a line with no evidence is dropped before anyone sees it.

Connects to what you already use

No spreadsheets to move. The edition goes where your stores already look.

  • Square

Menu and locations in. The approved special out, as a new item on each store's menu. Menu changes sync back as they happen.

  • Slack

Each staff card is posted to the store's channel. Head office gets Approve and Edit buttons right in the thread.

  • Gmail

Staff cards are emailed from head office's own mailbox. When a store replies, the reply shows up on that store's edition.

  • Outlook

The same delivery and replies for chains on Microsoft 365, from the head-office address stores already know.

  • Google and Outlook Calendar

A calendar feed of every store's event nights. Subscribe once and next week's events appear on their own.

  • Every move between Local Edition and these tools is logged, in or out, with the store it touched.

Each part does real work you can trace.

Qloo Taste AI
What each store's block likes compared with the city: flavours, artists, places nearby. The reason behind every item.
NVIDIA Nemotron on Nebius Token Factory
Nemotron 3.5 Super VL runs the agent and reads menu photos, Lightning writes the copy and Nemotron 3 Ultra reviews the chain.
NeMo Guardrails
Checks every line for health claims and brand voice. Changes are shown to head office, never hidden.
Tavily
Finds what is on near each store that week, so an event night can tie in with the neighbourhood.
Cloudflare
Hosts the app, keeps each workspace's data, caches every Qloo answer and runs the weekly build step by step.

Which model did which step, the guardrail test results and the latest Nebius job runs are on the proof page. What it cannot do yet is on the limits page.
